THAT The Town of Minto Council convenes into Committee of Adjustment

THAT the Town of Minto Committee of Adjustment convenes into Committee of the Whole.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the Treasurer’s 2022 Insurance Program Renewal report and approves the renewal.

THAT Council received the correspondence as information.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives report CL 2022-005 regarding the 2022 Annual Safety Update and approves the Health & Safety Policy Statement & Workplace Violence & Discrimination Prevention Policy as presented.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives EC DEV 2022 -05 report regarding the sale of Part 11 RP 61R21601 in the Palmerston Industrial Park to Lakeridge Heating & Cooling Inc. and considers a By-law in regular session.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the report from the Treasurer and Roads and Drainage Manager regarding Municipal Drain 23-and Drain 20 & 117 Amended Assessments for Information and pass the associated individual By-Laws in open session.

THAT the Committee of the Whole convenes into Regular Council.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto ratifies the motions made in the Committee of the Whole.

THAT By-law 2022-22; To provide for the amendment of Municipal Drain 20 &117-2019 Town of Minto By-law 2019-91 and for the collection of the amended assessments; be read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

THAT Bylaw 2022-24; to Authorize the Sale of Lands on Minto Road, Palmerston Industrial Park to Lakeridge Heating & Cooling Inc.; be read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

THAT By-law 2022-25; To confirm actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Minto Respecting a meeting held March 22, 2022; be read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.
