THAT the Town of Minto Council convenes into Committee of the Whole.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receive the report from Watson and Associates regarding 2021 Development Charges Update Study for information.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto received the correspondence for information.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Minutes of February 22, 2021 and approves any recommendations contained therein.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the Cultural Roundtable Committee Minutes of February 22, 2021 and approves any recommendations contained therein.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the report from the Coordinator, Legislative & Human Resource Services dated March 2, 2021 regarding the Joint Health & Safety Committee Annual Review for information and approves the Annual Health & Safety Policy Statement.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________ March 2, 2021 Council Minutes 3 THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the report from the Road & Drainage Manager dated March 2, 2021 regarding Cremation Garden Implementation Schedule; AND further, that staff be authorized to proceed with implementation of the work plan as outlined in this report; AND further, that staff enter into a sole source purchase agreement for various columbaria options implemented in the various cemeteries based of the individual designs with Superior Monuments of Waterloo within the annual capital budgetary restraints.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the report from the Roads and Drainage Manager dated March 2, 2021 regarding the Brunswick St, Palmerston, Culvert Replacement Tender Results, AND FURTHER that, the Council of the Town of Minto awards the contract to Roubos Farm Service Ltd for the total price of $665,000.00 plus HST.

THAT the Town of Minto Committee of the Whole convenes into Committee of Adjustment.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment convenes into Regular Council meeting.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto ratifies the motions made in the Committee of the Whole.

THAT By-law 2021-19; to confirm the actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Minto; be introduced and read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto adjourn to meet again at the call of the Mayor.

THAT the Town of Minto Committee of Adjustment approves the application by Mervin Martin, for the property legally described as Part Lot 15, Concession 12 N, in the former _____________________________________________________________________________________________ March 2, 2021 Committee of Adjustment Minutes Schedule A 1 Town of Harriston, municipally known as 9499 Road 3 N, in the Town of Minto, to permit the construction of a 148.6 m2 (1600 ft2) addition to an accessory structure utilized as a home industry. Relief is granted from Section 6.14(d) of the Town of Minto’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 01-86, as amended.
