THAT minutes of the Town of Minto April 8, 2025 Regular Council meeting be approved.

THAT the Town of Minto Council convenes into Committee of the Whole.

THAT the staff bring a report back to Council on the Strong Mayor powers.

THAT Council receives the correspondence as information.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives report Fire 2025-005 Fire Protection Grant Additional Funds, prepared by the Director of Fire Services/ Fire Chief and Treasurer, for information purposes; AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto authorizes the Mayor and Treasurer to sign the related Transfer Payment Agreement to receive the funds.

THAT Council receives report BLDG 2025-001 regarding the 2024 Building, Planning, and By- Law Enforcement Year in Review, prepared by the Deputy Chief Building Official, as information.

THAT Council receives report CS 2025-002 regarding the 2024 Community Services Year in Review, prepared by the Director of Community Services, as information.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives Report PW 2025-011 2024 Sanitary and Storm CLI-ECA Annual Performance Report, prepared by the Wastewater Services Manager, for information purposes; AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto acknowledges and approves the compliance status and operational updates outlined in the attached reports, as is required by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP).

THAT Council receives report PW 2025-012 regarding the 2024 Public Works Year in Review, prepared by the Roads and Drainage Manager, as information.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto hereby receives Report # CAO 2025-002 Committees of Council Review, prepared by the Chief Administrative Officer, for information purposes; AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto approves and adopts the proposed changes to the Committees of Council as outlined in this report; AND FURTHER THAT the Council of the Town of Minto directs staff to prepare a new Bylaw to be brought to Council at a subsequent Council meeting, that reflects the adopted changes and repeals Bylaw 2024-071. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ April 22, 2025 Council Minutes 4

THAT Report # CAO 2025-002 Committees of Council Review, prepared by the Chief Administrative Officer be sent back to staff for further review with a further report to come back to Council.

THAT the Committee of the Whole convenes into Regular Council.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto ratifies the motions made in the Committee of the Whole.

THAT By-law 2025-020 be read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

THAT By-law 2025-021; To confirm actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Minto respecting a meeting held April 22, 2025; be read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

THAT The Council of the Town of Minto adjourns to meet again at the call of the Mayor.
