THAT the Council of the Town of Minto conduct a meeting Closed to the Public to discuss the following:  Closed Session Minutes of November 19, 2019 and January 9, 2020  A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land – Appraisal of Lands  Labour Relations or Employee Negotiations – C.A.O.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto resume into open Council.

THAT the previous minutes of the January 7, 2020 Council Meeting, January 9, 2020 Council Meeting, November 19, 2019 Closed Session Meeting and January 9, 2020 Closed Session Council Meeting are approved.

THAT the Town of Minto Council convenes into Committee of the Whole.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the DWQMS Representative’s 2019 External Audit Outcomes Report and that all Council members review, approve and endorse the report and the updated QMS Policy Statement.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the Acting Clerk’s report regarding 12th Annual Volunteer Appreciation Event to be held April 23, 2020 in Clifford.

THAT Council receives the Treasurer’s report regarding Approval of Accounts, and approves accounts by Department for January 14, 2020 as follows: Administration $209,797.96, People & Property $63,286.78, Health Services $10,972.87, Building $5,246.44, Economic Development $5,640.34, Incubator $2,103.12, Tourism $880.00, Fire $6,963.20, Drains _____________________________________________________________________________________________ January 21, 2020 Council Meeting 4 $9,195.75, Roads $81,796.75, Streetlights $7,242.46, Waste Water $38,191.21, Water $52,277.01, Recreation $4,954.48, Facilities & Parks $68,098.22, Norgan $10,959.05 for a total of $577,605.64.

THAT the information received by the Town of Minto Council regarding Beehive Park be sent back to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee for their consideration.

THAT the Committee of the Whole convenes into Regular Council meeting.

THAT By-law 2020-08: To appoint a Chief Administrative Officer for the Corporation of the Town of Minto; be introduced and read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

THAT By-law 2020-09; To confirm actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Minto Respecting a meeting held January 21, 2020; be introduced and read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto adjourn to meet again at the call of the Mayor.
