THAT Council receives the Correspondence as information.

THAT Council receives the Cultural Roundtable Committee Minutes of August 26, 2021 and approves any recommendations contained therein.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the Director of Community Services report regarding facility operations as information.

That the Council of the Town of Minto receives the September 7, 2021, report from the Director of Economic & Community Development regarding the sale price of Municipal Industrial Land and approves the sale price of un-serviced industrial land at $35,000/acre and $60,000/acre for serviced land.

THAT Council received the Year-to-Date Review from the Director of Building and Planning Services as information.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the September 7,2021 report from the Treasurer and Revenue Coordinator regarding Assessment Adjustments and that these adjustments be approved.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the August 2021 report from the Treasurer and Revenue Coordinator regarding Section 357 Applications and that these applications be approved.

THAT Council of the Town of Minto receives the report from the Coordinator of Legislative and Human Resources Services dated September 7, 2021 regarding “Pay Equity and Compensation Review”; AND further, that Council of the Town of Minto approves the comparable municipalities outlined in this report; AND further, that the Town of Minto award the Pay Equity and Compensation Review to Ward & Uptigrove in the amount of $14,560 (excluding HST).

THAT The Town of Minto Committee of the Whole convenes into Committee of Adjustment

THAT the Committee of Adjustment convenes into Regular Council

THAT the Council of the Town of Minto ratifies the motions made in the Committee of the Whole.

THAT By-law 2021-74, To confirm actions of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Minto respecting a meeting held September 7, 2021; be read a first, second, third time and passed in open Council and sealed with the seal of the Corporation

THAT The Council of the Town of Minto adjourns to meet again at the call of the Mayor
